It said costs were in line with management’s expectations.IG competes with unlisted rivals such as CMC Markets and City Index, and all three companies have targeted retail investors looking to gamble on the world’s financial markets.IG said it had higher turnover in its core domestic market as well as at its overseas businesses, such as Australia, Germany, Japan and Singapore.
