The White Stripes are pissed. Just two days ago, former band members Jack White and Meg White made a rare joint statement to denounce presidential candidate and all-around terrifying human being Donald Trump‘s use of their song “Seven Nation Army” at his campaign rallies. Jack White is a very vocal member of the music community, while Meg White has faded into recluse since they disbanded, so Trump’s use of their song must have really struck a nerve if she was involved in a public statement. The Stripes did not mince words, making their feelings perfectly clear on the matter, as you can see below.Well, the Stripes’ outrage continues, as they have now released an anti-Trump t-shirt for sale on the website for Jack White’s Third Man Records. The shirt says “Icky Trump” on the front, a play on their hit single “Icky Thump”, with a verse of lyrics from the song on the back of the shirt that perfectly matches their anti-Trump sentiment. The verse reads:White Americans? What?Nothing better to do?Why don’t you kick yourself out? You’re an immigrant too.Who’s using who? What should we do?Well, you can’t be a pimpAnd a prostitute too.Pretty powerful and spot on stuff. You can purchase the “Icky Trump” t-shirt for $25 at this link.

“From the moment we entered the market until today, we have nurtured our vision that the car rental industry is more than just transport, so we have found the ideal partner in the Gelasakis Group, which is based on business tourism. Thanks to the vision of the industry we nurture, but also to the mutual recognition of the importance of the rent-a-car industry entering the tourism sector, we have jointly successfully implemented a marketing strategy in the Greek market.”, Explained the marketing director, Barbara Mrkić. From the beginning of its business in 2017 until today, Carwiz rent a car has placed its franchise business in ten markets throughout Europe and the world. Thus, today, in addition to the Greek and domicile Croatian market, it is also present on the market of Turkey, Latvia, Cyprus, Morocco, St. Maarten, Albania, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. “When you add a powerful visual identity and a brand with a well-established marketing strategy to a detailed franchise business model, entering into a partnership becomes a logical sequence of events.Said Antonios Gelasakis, director of the Travel and Catering Department. With this business move, Gelasakis Group is among the first franchise partners of the Carwiz brand. “We are happy that our role in the development of global tourism is increasingly recognized by our foreign partners who with full confidence under our auspices, but more and more often independently, enter into negotiations and participate in important tourism events such as the upcoming WTM fair in London.”, Added Mrkić. Gelasakis Group, whose basis is business travel, maritime services and catering, entered into a partnership with Carwiz International, a Croatian car rental company, earlier this year. By carefully planning and analyzing the car rental industry through the prism of tourism, the Gelasakis Group has realized the importance of integrating with a brand that offers car rental such as Carwiz. They decided to turn their idea into a project, and in order to successfully reduce business risks, they chose the franchise business model offered by Carwiz rent a car. Participating in the largest tourism fair in London, where these two brands, under the umbrella name Carwiz rent a car, will jointly present themselves to potential partners in early November this year, speaks of the importance of the role of the car rental industry in the development of global tourism.
